✭In simple words, I was in stealth mode stealing from a city guard, after 2-nd successful attempt I just found my Khajiit as a giant dragon. No real transformation was made like with WW, it was just a moment. At first I thought that's not me, only when I could not find my character and the dragon was moving with me

I stayed in this form for about 10 minutes, was able to walk or run in Evermore, but the dragon's movement is clumsy and slow if you wish to know. Dragon mode stopped the same way it started and I was Khajiit again. It didn't happen more times.
PS. the dark areas are because it's night (if someone hasn't noticed) and you see Votan's Darker Nights addon in action, it makes great realistic areas especially in nights and dungeons. Dark is dark now, not unreal grey like in vanilla game.
Edit: Although I can't be sure I doubt anyone could see me, other players were passing by in haste. If it was me, I'd stop for sure to watch the dragon moving inside a city
