Targeting reticule mod

I saw some videos where pts/beta players' targeting reticule turned into a kind of semi-box around the enemy you had focus on (as opposed to the red glow in the vanilla UI). Does anyone know what mod does this?

    No mod. Standard ui. Hit the tab button for it.

    You may want to check out Seerah's ZAM UnitFrames + ReactionColors, just for added functionality.

    Current features:
    • Colors the targeting reticle by reaction (hostile, neutral, etc) or difficulty (difference in levels)
    • Displays a warning icon above the reticle if the mob is a configurable amount of levels higher than you
    • Colors target name by reaction
    • Colors target level by difficulty
