Problems downloading game

Is there something going on with the game download right now? I've been trying for two days now but it either gets stuck on updating the launcher, errors out or moves at a snails pace. I have good internet and can download most things at a decent speed but I left this downloading while I went shopping and in 6 hours it was only at 4%.
