Random question about Passive: Sword and Board

Passive: Sword and Board
Increases your Weapon Damage by 5% and the amount of damage you can block by 20%
I know this might seem like a random subject to mention, but should it say: Increases your Damage by 5% and the amount of damage you can block by 20%. Because there isn't just stamina builds that use Sword and Shield, but I've noticed magicka as well.
So I was wondering if in the future, might we see a change with that passive: Sword and Board?

Being solely a weapon damage buff, I doubt it. ESO has a murky future, I don't think anybody can accurately guess what's going to come out of the dev team beyond a few months, at this point.Edited by Judas Helviaryn on March 17, 2018 4:42AM1 -
Maura_Neysa✭✭✭✭✭While I dont disagree, in large part because I do tank, and use mostly mag skills. In Cryodiil, there are a lot of S&B DPS builds out there. Warden meta is 2H/S&B as well Templar often run them, because they dont have an easy escape
