Costume + Outfit = Strange Bug

So, whenever I use the "Holiday in Balmora" costume along with an outfit (in order to see the weapons from the outfit) - this happens:
Quite simply, the 1-handed weapon from my outfit appears between my character's legs and follows her around. It ONLY happens with "Holiday in Balmora" costume, I have tried plenty of other costumes, and none of these had this issue.
Since it basically means I will never be able to use outfit-weapons along with this particular costume, I really hope you can fix this.
