Should Class Representatives Be Able to Test Changes Live?

With ZoS taking direct feedback from Community Representatives, there's a major opportunity for testing.
If we actually get the best, most knowledgeable players.. They should be able to test PTS changes to their elected class on LIVE.
As an example, I want to see @Joy_Division actually testing a Templar before it goes live. How can this be done on PTS. It's like RP'ing. Cyrodiil conditions can't be tested on PTS.

1. They should Glow White or something. It should be obvious what is happening.
2. They won't be overpowered, It's just an adjusted class.
3. The representatives will be under strict scrutiny. If you want to represent a community, people should be able to say something about abuse.

The biggest advantage here is this:
More drastic, class changes can be tested. If we buff a class like StamDK, and it goes too far, people are going to see that before it goes live. We have the best players doing this right?

That's not how game testing works. They use a pts because it takes more time and money to push something to the live servers, especially if that something ends up needing to be changed again.

This also doesn't work on consoles because all updates have to be approved by Sony and Microsoft.

The PTS exists as a community based QA resource, to be used before changes go live in order to identify issues more easily discerned via mass testing (things a few QA testers would have missed).

Allowing a subset of players to use these changes on live is merely a half-assesd version of getting rid of the PTS as a whole and just pushing to live, hotfixing the major issues as they appear.

I see where you are going and why but there is honestly little reason. Most of the players I nominated I know for a fact don't need to test it and can often figure out changes by doing math and just thinking.

you really believe this would even happen? Representatives are mostly gonna be there to remind zos that classes have mains playing them and their thoughtless actions make those mains leave the game. These representatives will just talk to zos. they won't be doing any changes.

    ^this....

for thorough testing you need people who don't know what they are doing as well as those that do.
