Blade Cloak hiding visuals from other abilities/effects

I recently started using Deadly Cloak (Blade Cloak) with Mechanical Acuity and noticed that it is impossible to see my Acuity proc when Deadly Cloak is active. It also happens with Shuffle (Evasion) and I have noticed that periodically my Volatile Armor visuals don't display while it's still up as well.
I am on console (PS4 NA) and while the buff trackers do help a little, it is near impossible to pick out one 5 second buff (Acuity) out of the 10+ icons when it does proc. The visual cue is important to start a burst combo so I was wondering if this is a know bug?

✭✭✭✭✭Tbh I actually like that it does this, but I can see where it could cause problems. I use deadly cloak to hide the transparency effect from hurricane on my stamsorcPS4 / NA
