✭ESO Live usually only happens during the lead-up to a new DLC release. Since Dragon Bones has been out on console for a few weeks now, I wouldn't expect another ESO Live until they've either announced or are going to announce Summerset.
(I'd love to be wrong here--ESO Live is awesome and I miss when it was a regular thing.)0 -

It has been a regular thing for months now. Every two weeks on Friday. This is why the OP wants to know why we haven't had it announced yet. They usually do a small news part about it to let everyone know what they will be taking about and remind everyone of the date and time.0 -
