the loot crates should be removed all together and we should just be able to buy the items. IN the end it will be a lot cheaper considering that spreadsheet someone did up shows apex items will be less than 2 percent of winnings.
that is not acceptable. These guys will destroy their game unless they smarten up. I think the player base is shrining and they aer not smart enough to realize the answer is to become more transparent and customer friendly yet they have become greedy, guarded and toxic to the community.
I want to see all senior staff involved in decision making to be fired so that the programmers who actually do the real work have a chance to continue to be employed.
its sickening what has been going on.
i don't know if this has been going on forever but the mods and developers have become cowards by ignoring things of real concern and only addressing fluff.
until there are big changes, this game is going to crap and its too bad.
i would love to see the mods and developers to actually answer questions that matter and make changes that need to be addressed, but they wont. They know what they have become.

but thats one gem, everything in the uncommon gives 2+, doesn't that kind of reinforce that the "common" list is less wanted because it gives you less chance at even getting gems?
This poll is nice for entertainment value. I assume OP is aware of the other poll Zos has done that determines the fate of such things.
Of course they need to go, but they won't.
The entire reason they're there is the reason you have a problem with them. They pad out the chances of getting something good, meaning you have to buy more to get what you want.
The believed mechanics are 1 white, 1 white/green, 1 blue+, 1 anything (can be white or green). When you buy and open crates you're only ever paying for 1 guaranteed good item, 1 change of one and and additional rare chance of a 4th (blue/purple+?) care.

Basically few want to get that pointless filler stuff that that seems to fill up 2-3/4-5 of the "cards" which is where some of the frustration and negative image mainly comes from.
That conversion rate is tiny though 1 gem per card pretty much. The 'common' items are fine, they get converted to gems.

For ease of maths let's say $1 = 100 crowns.
1 Crate 400 Crowns, $1 per card, 1 common card = 1 gem, $1 per gem.
Apex mount 400 gems, thus $400.
And before people jump on me that was basic simple maths to make a point. I know you get more gems for duplicates and this is the most extreme case.
