Satisfied! In new crates I got 2 mounts, 3 pets, 2 masks... and 600 gems!

Note: Two days ago, in my three free crates, I got a Resplendent Sweetroll (check HERE), valued 400 gems.

I'm really satisfied, as today I bought the 15 crates pack and RNG blessed me with:

400 Gems (1 Resplendent Sweetroll - the one I mentioned from the free crates)

Total = 583 Gems*

*Around 600 in total since two days ago I exchanged some general stuff too, from the free crates.

So, honestly, I can't complain at all.

I got a huge number of emotes I'll never remember to use.
But I also got the Frostbane sabre cat, the Frostbane guar, and the pellintine horse, the magma scamp, the mastiff, and both cat pets.

I wanted the magma scamp more than anything, so I'm so happy right now.

My fire-themed girl needed it.
I'll use gems to get the elk and tiger cub.

And I've seen people burn $100 on crates and get nothing but scrolls and potions. This system's ONE saving grace are the Gems. That's the only thing keeping people from either not buying crates at all, or rioting.

I do wish I'd gotten that cute guar, which would be awesome for my tank... but I stopped at ten crates and won't buy any more. Might use some ESO plus crowns to buy another batch, but no more direct purchases.

I should have known better than to hope for an apex mount.

Guess the OP balanced off my miserable drops from the crates.

The drop distribution this time round felt really bad, legendary and epic seemed even rarer than previously. fewer bonus cards, a lot more low value duplicates, far too many utterly useless exp scrolls.

Don't know if just RNG or ZoS testing to see just how little we'll stomache as rewards.

I did 15 crates with ESO plus crowns( mostly interested in not farming or paying ridiculous gold for the motifs later) and did pretty decent. Only non motif things im really interested in are xp scrolls and mounts and those are take it or leave it. The cosmetic stuff doesnt interest me. I ended up with the striped horse about 9 scrolls and 85-90 gems and obviously many of those cosmetic items( no skins though)

On EU in my free crates I got one meh outfit and one meh emote, and a pet I already had (the housecat I think) so I ended up with 56 gems. Still not enough to buy the Silken Ring or Mazza motif books with what I had from previous free crates.
On NA in my free crates I got the same meh outfit, a meh circlet and nothing else but trash worth I think 8-9 gems that I was able to convert into 2 riding lessons. Better than nothing, but it was all a great reminder of why I have never bought and will never purchase any Clown Crates, not even with my sub Crown allowance.

But each to their own. Congrats OP.

@ZOS_GinaBruno, could you please offer those fancy mounts through the gem system. Honestly. What are the chances for those? 0.000000001%? Or how about creating awesome mounts for completing achievements? Show you want your players to play the game instead of just gambling on crates

I suppose whoever gets one must feel really good at least.

Edit: sorry had to edit the %. As Ankael stated, OP is the 0.0001% just for those drops. So those mounts that can't be bought must be super duper rare.
