I really just want to know if that up to a certain level does it even matter? I know the first few levels are always like a tutorial in some ways. Any clarification will help. I am sure they covered it, but I never really looked it up.
Well, if you're significantly ahead of your friend, you won't be able to quest together very easily (unless they have somehow allowed you to repeat phased quests). I'd recommend starting a fresh character with your friend so that you're leveling together.
Thank you. I guess I can just say I will only do a bit and wait for him, but can I stop once I start.................That is the real issue. Addiction.......I have it.
You can play at a more leisurely pace. Run around the zone picking crafting resources, craft, scour the houses for reciped and books, kill the odd enemy here and there, maybe test some combinations of skills to see how they work together... Quests are the major source of experience, if you don't do too many you should be OK.
