The purchasable upgrades to having more outfit slots...does this work like bank upgrades, in which all characters get it, or does it work like baggage space in which only one character gets it?

Only the character that you bought the slot with gets it. Which is rather ridiculous, considering the cost...

PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!. Outfit slots not being accountwide is ridiculous given their price. PC EU/PC NA roleplayer and solo PvE quester
