Limited Edition Houses Homestead Event?

I was just thinking and wondering about Homestead being an event once a year. Where all the Limited Edition Houses are resold again by this event. On how you earned them by Home Crates just like Crown Crates in previous events. Only one question should the Homestead Event last a few days, weeks or a month? And if the event is a month then it should be a team effort to earn Home Crates just saying.

Team (Work) Effort
1.Group Of Four
The objective is you and your team have to do 50 crafting items under 5 minutes of 10 items crafted at a different crafting station in Tamriel. And you and your team receive 3 Home Crates for completing the task.
2.Group Of Eight
The objective is you and your team have to do 150 crafting items under 10 minutes of 10 items crafted at a different crafting station in Tamriel. And you and your team receive 6 Home Crates for completing the task.
3.Group Of Twelve
The objective is you and your team have to do 300 crafting items under 15 minutes of 10 items crafted at a different crafting station in Tamriel. And you and your team receive 10 Home Crates for completing the task.
Solo
And let's not forget Solo you can do that daily by getting a Quest from any NPC you see at a crafting station.

Crown exclusive homes should actually offer ESO Plus members a furnished or unfurnished home access while an active sub exists. Such an event would be an appropriate time to add such a feature.

In my opinion this isn’t exclusively gated as you can purchase outright or “rent” access but it would add value to those who choose your eso plus model.

Agree. My husband really wanted Paraiah's Pinnacle but we couldn't justify the money at the time. We can after his bonus this year...you'd think ZOS would want more money, if that's the way this overpriced housing stuff is going.1 -

Well, it's been a year for Homestead, Homestead first launch around February 2017 so we need to have it sometime.1
