I've been trying for a while to get to 35k DPS on my ranged Maplar and after a lot of testing this is the best and most sustainable build I've been able to come up with. I can consistently hit over 35k now. With ele drain the magicka sustain is pretty much perfect until execute phase when its all about burning quickly.

Armor (all divines with max magicka enchants):
Medium Domihaus Mask
Heavy Mechanical Acuity Chest
1 BSW
3 Light Mechanical Acuity

Jewellery:
All Burning Spellweave with Spell Damage enchants

Weapons:
Front Weapon: Infused Inferno Mechanical Acuity (Shock Enchant if solo/small group, Fire Enchant in a trial)
Back Weapon: Infused Maelstrom (Berserk Enchant)

Skills:
Front Bar: Purifying Light - Dark Flare - Blazing Spear - Radiant Oppression - Inner Light - Elemental Rage
Back Bar: Blockade - Vampire's Bane - Channeled Focus - Harness Magicka - Inner Light - Empowering Sweeps

Rotation:
First and second rotation:
LA > Blockade > LA > VBane > BS > LA > Purifying Light > LA > Dark Flare > LA > Dark Flare > HA > Blazing Spear > Bar Swap
Third rotation:
LA > Blockade > LA > VBane > LA > Channeled Focus > BS > LA > Purifying Light > LA > Dark Flare > HA > Blazing Spear > Bar Swap
Repeat until 25% health then:
LA > Blockade > LA > VBane > BS > LA > Radiant Oppression > LA > Radiant Oppression > LA > Radiant Oppression
At 10% leave out VBane

I never see Dark Flare used in builds but the damage it does with Acuity is crazy good, it's always in my the top 4 dps skills. It also has the added advantage of empowering the heavy attack. The only alternatives other either Sweeps which I'm avoiding because its melee and Force Pulse which is so expensive.

I'm not the greatest player so maybe there is a reason why nobody has gone for a build like this. I'm wondering if people who are better than me can see what kind of dps they get with this rotation and set up?
