For those who have an over abundance of Transmutation Crystals or are adamant about taking CP players below 160 into Trials because their gains are useless to you in a trade; how about an alternative option to using Transmutation Crystals as a way to upgrade the level of items? This way of upgrading can only be used on NON-crafted items, but otherwise all other items gained from drops, chests, quest rewards, vendors, or other non-crafted sources can be upgraded.

The conversion rate works like this:
10 TC upgrades item level 3-49 to CP10
20 TC upgrades item level CP10-60 to CP70
30 TC upgrades item level CP70-90 to CP100
40 TC upgrades item level CP100-120 to CP130
50 TC upgrades item level CP130-150 to CP160

100 Transmutation Crystals is the maximum a Non-ESO Plus player can hold, so those of you with ESO Plus can hold up to 200 allowing you more possible upgrades. This can help with the gap between player's CP when doing things like Dungeons, Trials, or other group content where items can be traded between party members where it can be somewhat useful to you by upgrading it.
