so.. I have 3 accounts, don't ask, but well.. it happened. and when the promo for free crates was announced - I of course took the time to participate it. and for the hell of it - on all 3 accounts. the problem is... despite logging in and killing monsters at roughly the same time on one after another (between 11ish am and 12pm, starting on friday, and every day thereafter around same time) my non steam accounts got all 3 crates, but my steam account.... only got 2? I know I logged in and killed a thing each day, it wasn't a mudcrab, it was a dremora actualy as I was in coldharbour tutorial. so how come one of those kills didn't count?

and since I'm hear... did anyone else have this issuer with specifically steam account (or possibly non morrowind account, since the other 2 accounts have morrowind and DLC's on them, while steam account is just base game) or is it just me?
dirty worthless casual.

Not sure that this will help, but what time zone are you in? The event ran from 12:00am (midnight Friday morning) to 11:59pm Sunday night GMT. So for those that were Eastern time zone, it actually started at 7:00pm Thursday, and similarly ended 5 hours earlier on Sunday. Are you in a Time zone where when you did you last run might have been after the end time?

It's probably the ass-backwards GMT that they use.

Friday GMT + 0 actually works out to be 7pm EST in the States. Why they don't extend things like these 8-12 hours, even a full day, but limiting the total take to one per 24 hours with a 3 item max, I'll never understand.

At 02:00 AM on Sunday 11 March, people who live in most states of the United States set their clocks one hour ahead for Daylight Savings Time. I have no idea whether that might have affected the time at which the "event" ended.

On most, whether all, enterprise computer systems and networks, the system time never changes, it always remains the same relative to GMT.

With regard to ZOS and TESO, beginning with Monday, daily quests (such as crafting writs) are reset each day at 02:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT), instead of at 01:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
