Keybind Error Message When Mouseover Inventory

I don't know if this is just me, but I got the error on both my desktop (Win7) and my laptop (Win10) this past weekend. The laptop currently doesn't have add-ons turned on.
At some point while browsing my inventory, this error box pops up everytime I mouse over an item. Tooltip does not display. Error box mentions keybind error, C, and bank as well as a mess of pathway text. I will try and get a screenshot if it happens again.
Closing inventory and reopening restores tooltip function.

✭✭Edit, I got a screen shot. Looks like a conflict between R used to deposit currency and to apply enchant. Also it appeared to trigger when my banker assistant walked away.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
