cant log into game log in error

I have beta key and 5 day key and both are active. I am 100% updated. My name and password both work on www.elderscrollsonline.com but the password wont work in game.

I know there are other posts with no reply but might as well try

    Yea i just made a similar thread... I keep getting stuck at requesting character load or some garbage

    i talked to them on phone and they have no idea why and put me in a long que with next ppl higher up been waiting for over 6 hours now lol
