Flames of Oblivion bugged - not proccing Caluurion

Hello everyone,
Flames of Oblivion is affected by the direct damage CP, so it is considered a direct damage ability, not a DoT.
It is clearly a single target ability, but a crit of FFO is not proccing Caluurion.
Please fix this, thank you.

Im not sure if it classifies as a single target ability, since it can hit different targets on the same cast.
