Kicked to login screen after immediately logging in

I have this game for both my desktop, and laptop (eluktronics pa71hs-g). With the desktop, no problems at all. With the laptop, I cannot stay logged in for more than a minute most of the time, then sometimes I can stay logged in for hours on end with no kick to the login.
Here's the things I've done on the laptop:
1. Allowed exceptions for eso.exe, eso64.exe, and Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe for the windows firewall.
2. Forwarded all the necessary TDP/UDP ports on my router.
3. Deleted all the Host.Developer files before launching the game.
4. Repaired the game.
5. Launched the game as administrator.
None of those work. What else am I missing here?

✭Does your laptop meet the minimum spec for the game?
Does the game kick you more often during peak times, or heavily populated zones?
I've seen people that don't meet the min specs, having more kicks when trying to load or zone into heavily populated zones.
