AMD FX 8320 Temp Help

I got an alert from my AI Suite II saying CPU was 128C I check the software and it shows it is but my HWMonitor says a normal temperature. Any idea what is going on?

Blame zenimax for No True Full screen, your cpu and GPU have to render both the desktop and the game, which in turn burns your PC into oblivion.
