Digital Imperial Edition Upgrade without Pledge of Mara?

I bought Digital Imperial Edition Upgrade today. And I have received everything but Pledge of Mara. Was it removed from the bundle? And if not what do I need to do to get mine?

- Dunmer Templar dps/healer [she's a healer, then again she likes inferno staff too...]
