ESO Crown Packs and ESO Plus Issue

I'm having a horrible time, everytime I purchase a crown pack from the PlayStation Store it won't show up in game and I even wait over 72 hours each time but it's no use. Also I recently purchased ESO Plus for 6 months and I didn't get the ESO Plus benefits and not even the crowns included. I contacted Bethesda and Sony but no one can give me a answer as to why this is happening to me. I'm only days away from quitting ESO for good...

Odd that you haven't got a reply. Deffo push the in game ticket route or get attention of a moderator on here (post your ticket reference that will help people like @ZOS_GinaBruno chase it)

Personally found Microsoft to be incredibly efficient with fixing this stuff, shame sony suck! But if you have proof of payment ZOS should help

I've contacted both Sony and ESO support but neither of them can help me at all. Sony has given me refunds and ESO support has given me my crowns but waiting 72 hours to get them each time is a horrible experience. Now since I renewed my ESO Plus I don't even have the benefits or the crowns and neither of them can help me this time and they just point fingers at eachother.

Damn, the ESO+ issue you're experiencing is a crappy issue and big. I haven't this issue yet, but, I wonder if anyone else on PS4 land may be experiencing similar. Now, the crown-wise. It normally doesn't show up right away if you're still logged on. You would have to close app, reload/relog into the game and character, then the crowns will show up. However, if you have done this, but the crowns haven't appear, then yes, this would be another major issue. I'm curious to hear how things will get resolved for you.

Also, I'm curious. Where did you purchase the crowns? I mean, for me, I used to be able to have an add-on link right under the game icon on the dashboard. You know, you scroll down under the link and you can see the Overview, Trending, Friends/Communities tabs. However, what is no longer there is the Add-on tab which was under the Friends/Communities. Before, I would just click on the Add-on tab and it will instantly take me to the page where all the ESO stuff are displayed which you can purchase, such as the different crowns amount, the different ESO+ option, Morrowind options, etc. However, within these past couple of months, I had to go directly into the PlayStation Store icon and go through the different letters in search until it brings up the different Elder Scrolls listing that you can then purchase the crowns and stuff.

It has been a bit of a hassle and not as smooth or efficient as when I was able to do it via the Add-on tab. So, yeah, I'm curious. Did you also had to go through the PS store search route or is the Add-on tab still showing for you in the dashboard?
