I am newbie in game and have simple question: How to craft it?

    Use outfit station.

    Not an easy task for a novice crafter... You need to know some motifs and have some dyes unblocked. Then you can use the Outfit Station to craft your outfit :) Here is some useful info: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/26295 There are many guides on YouTube, too.
