I hope some Me at ZOS is reading this and will take some action. The new house is limited edition, fair enough, but for only 4 days? I don’t want this one but I do want to buy the dawnlight palace when it is release but what if I am on my one week holiday in April/May away from home? I have to wait another year for it? I would seriously be fuming if this happened as only house I’ve been waiting to by and saving crowns for buying furniture in advance for.

Come on at least make these limited edition 10 days or even 7 in case people are away for a week.

Please think about this for future.

You can probably contact ZOS support about buying it over the break, I know they've done that for people before who couldn't be on at the time.

They've almost always been Thursday-Monday unless they're tied to an event (Pariah's Pinnacle was kinda sorta tied to New Life, so that one went on longer).

If you really are unable to physically access a computer for the weekend that an item is available, make sure you have the Crowns beforehand and I believe you can send in a support ticket asking them to purchase the house on your behalf. I'm not quite sure how the process works, but I know people have done it before. Trying to find a source for you. Found it! https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/4392940/#Comment_4392940

They can only assist with items that are live in the Crown Store. That doesn't help much if you are say, out of the country during that period and unable to log in to submit a ticket.

Do you have to be logged into game to submit a ticket or another way?

There's an online support portal at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app - once you log in, you'll be able to go to "Additional Support" at the bottom to make a ticket. Go through the options until you're prompted to fill in your user info.

If you don't have access to a mobile device on your vacation, then that complicates things, but having a phone is a lot easier than taking whatever device you have to run ESO along with you. :P

Great advice thanks for the help shouldn’t have to worry now seemed a bit unfair that you would have to miss out on an item u wanted to buy
