Lethal Arrow bugged

When hit with Lethal Arrow you don’t get any sound or health notifications until dead. Only in the recap can you see that you were hit 3 times by Lethal Arrow. As far as I can tell, this does NOT happen with the poison morph of Snipe - these land with sound and health reduction. It’s just Lethal Arrow. NA PS4.

Anrose✭✭✭✭✭I’ve had similar issues on PC NA. I will be playing with normal performance when suddenly my skills and abilities will lock up, then I fall over dead, from full health, for seemingly no reason. My death recap will have 3 Lethal Arrows, 1 Poison Injection, and 1 heavy attack, but I’ll have never seen or heard any of them fire or land.
I can understand if this were to happen in a heavy lag situation, but it frequently happens when I have little to no lag.0
