Technically i grind quite a lot...but I don't see it as that. Sometimes the simplest actions can be so therapeutic. Questing is my favourite way but I'm all for fishing, harvesting etc ...I never grind for xp on toons in Skyreach tho, just dungeons and generally playing the game and it still only takes a week or so which is a good amount of time to get used to the character.

I don't know if I would really call it grinding but doing normal dungeons in different builds to change it up is where I get most of my stuffs and it's still enjoyable so yeah actually it's not grinding really
I don't grind for levels or CPs but it happened to me to be in a hurry to level a skill line I never used with that char to enter pvp (it happened for 2h on some characters, resto for many, s/b for others) and I found Dolmens a very fast way to level skill lines, so I usually go "x" if I'm in need to unlock (independent of char level, can be max cp or level 20, just to unlock abilities).

I meme, but my memes are so truthful they hurt -Elder Nightblades Online Want competitive pvp while being outnumbered? Tough luck, the devs clearly said you have to die in those situations
1. Sky Shard farming until level 36.
2. Skill point quests in all the starter zones until level 45.
3. Public Dungeons until level 50 (you'll get 1 level for every 3).
4. Main quest with soul shriven at CP.
When I level a new alt, I collect shards and lorebooks. I complete dolmens as I go. I hit level 50 long before I have enough skill points or skill lines leveled.
I don't grind when on my main or CP level Characters.
A mix of these when on a new Char:
All Training Gear
Quests + Delves (Purely Until level 10)
Daily Random Dungeon + 100% exp pot (usually nets around 2 lvls if the dungeon hasn't been completed)
Unique Dolmens +50% exp pot
Skyreach + Mix of above when above level 30
on entering the game, I queueu directly for dungeons, while waiting in queue, run to first dolmen, delve, public dungeon and whatsoever
no quests, at lvl for war, get rapids, takes 30 minutes, then back, collecting as many shards on the way, queueing aso
goes very, very fast that way, and you get a nice amount of skillpoints together
My CP grind is over, so when i start new toon and spawn into game at level 3, i drop all 720 cp onto my toon and then run the maps collecting SKYSHARDS and LOREBOOKS until i'm level 50. At which time i just made new MAXED OUT TOON.
It seems like a good idea until you do it and then its progressively becomes a bad idea.
-Initially this comes up because people want to reach X level, and unlock Y.
-The problem is in this game, doing that is mind numbing and then you likely don't want to go back and do what you worked to skip, but you'll end up having to in some cases for other unlocks and skill points, etc.
Making it worse, all of my characters I did that with, and even used exp scrolls.....I've deleted cause they aren't worth a dang, they only have the bare min skill points and usually cant even travel around efficiently and long term it was a waist of hours I couldn't spent working on my main or the other character I play most often.

I do a little bit of everything you listed, depending on my mood. Probably gained most of my exp just by killing mobs as I progress through zones (questing, skyshard hunting, farming mats/gear). Whenever I find myself in an area densely populated with mobs and no other players around, I generally stop and grind for a little while until other players start interfering.
Decent place to grind solo or in a group, with some occasional excitement thrown in just to spice things up. It's also a very risk/reward kind of place, so the longer you grind without banking the more profitable it is to do so. Of course, you could lose it all in a heartbeat...
The leveling in the game now is pretty fast and easy. For me I simply play an alt in mixture from shard hunting, dolmens, pvp, some dungeons all depending on what i feel like doing on a particular day. Within a week to 2 weeks I have a new max level toon and it never feels like a grind
