Soothing spores or polar wind for PvP stamden

Would like to have a burst heal in pvp, (so not vigor) and trying to decide between soothing spores or polar wind (with 27k health),

Since I'm stam based Soothing spores would make sense but since Polar wind scales off max health I would get a burst heal and HOT, although weaker.

opinions?

Spores is a good heal.

Polar wind is barely a good heal even if you stack HP.

Spores that sooth? I don't think so. They just make me sneeze and my eyes water.

Polar Wind? Not a big fan of the polar regions ... polor winds chill me right to the bone. Give me a warm tropical breeze any day!

You’re running soothing by itself or as a panic heal because that’s not really a reliable heal because it burns resources quick. Then again I guess it depends on how much regen you run because I have about 1200-1300 and heal with vigor plus heavy attacks.

Nah I'd play my stamden over my stamblade any day of the week. Stamden aoe burst > any % defile.

This is very true. Spores is more of a “heal your team” heal than a spammable self heal. It is 100% clutch when your healers get negated.

If you’re solo, you’ll get more healing and more dmg out of green lotus. There’s usually not enough room on the bars to slot both.

same with stamDk, but they're also the ones who get affected most by it, and are forced to use befoul because if they don't , they are lacking out potential pressure that their enemies might have. So It is an arms race.

Would be so nice actually, but I don't see it happening. we asked this before and zos rejected it , also pve playerbase really hates stamDK with a burning passion so even talking about poison whip causes people to hate you on this forum.

All stam builds that use SnB benefit from the defile meta, so long as they’re not getting defiled themselves.

But yeah, defile basically soft counter stamden, stam sorc, and both DKs
