Sounds to me like a templar ability though if it's yellow.
Also, does it last a long time or only for a minute or less? Reason being if its very short it's most likely an ability as to a permanent glow would indicate an armor set. Though to my knowledge no armor set adds a yellow glow.

Its more like the full body transparant lightnig but yellow with small dot instead of lightning

DeadlyPhoenix✭✭✭✭✭Ummm it's sounding like the Dragonknight ability where you can see his heart but combined with another spell that turns the shadow color to yellow.

Fixed for you, this is from a quest in greenshade. It's moths or something like that, a disguise.
