Harrdarrzarr✭✭✭Hurricane on my stamwarden for pve. They have room on their bars anyway, just make Arctic Blast a stamina skill. It's a skill that can't be placed anyway, so it isn't ranged and therefore wouldn't hurt the magwarden (anymore then they are now....).
Envelop yourself in winter winds, healing for 10% of Max Health instantly and an additional 2% Health every 2 seconds over 10 seconds.
Enemies in the area will take Frost Damage every 2 seconds over 10 seconds.
This is the skill description at the moment. I'm not sure about the healing part (no need for that) but maybe the devs can make something nice with it. Maybe give teammates some sort of buff when they stand in the ice-hurricane, for example "the cold makes them take 20% less damage from flame attacks". That would be a cool thing, also useful in endgame environments.0 -

Good healer class but lack a panic-heal that requires no targetting. (the fungi cone is supposed to be that but most of the time the panicing dd just rolls out of the cone before it hits.)0

My stamsorc dps would take subterranean assault for the aoe burst and major fracture.
My warden tank would probably take eruption or hurricane for another aoe.
