This is the DARK BROTHERHOOD. This armor should have been a sneaky assassins Wet Dream. My thoughts to improve it.
2p Changed to Stamina/Magic Regen
3p Improve sneak radius, ignore sneak movement penalty
4p unchaged
5p % chance that you'll become invisible when executing with the BoW.
Yes, it's still useless outside of Heists/Sacraments or farming Dried Blood but at least it has a function now instead of the crap that it is now.
A DB passive (Spectral Assassin) already does something similar (it gives a 15% chance that you won't be witnessed using BoW)
So I guess the five piece might be interesting to stack with the passive, but most of the time it will be redundant.With strength and intelligence comes hard work.

Increase health, stam and mag recovery by 15%
No one needs 3 different forms of recovery except maybe tanks. And even then this is too much recovery with the 5pc bonus added. Would really only be worth the 5pc if it buffed a groups recovery.

You should do some research before making a post like this. Pelinals is currently BiS for werewolves in PvP and shacklebreaker is a great, well rounded set for many builds. A bit of mag recovery is great for stam players and vice versa0 -

This... I do not have words for. Because dual recovery is actually very useful for utility purposes. I don't even.. Only thing useless is Oblivion's Foe and Willow's Path for buffing stupid skill. Then Willow's Path I think is still broken with 5pc bonus not affecting drinks, so useless.Imperials, the one and true masters of all mortal races of Tamriel0 -

The thought behind my suggestion is more so to grant a 2nd BoW execute during the duration of the invisibility to speed up the process a bit since the passive is meh at best.Argonian forever1 -
