Should ESO be downloadable from torrents

As the topic says.

I have a big problem with this game, and that is that I have to go away for a weekend, to download it. The speed the downloader gets to, is 1/20 of my internetspeed......

And yes, I tried every tweak in the book, this is THE ONLY game that gives me this problem...

Even SWTOR updates/installs faster than this, and the LOTRO team is smart.....THEY LET PPL D/L A TORRENT! 3 minutes and its done!

So, should accounts be able to d/l a torrent, instead of using this slowboating?

To avoid this, simply *pause* the download (don't cancel it!) when it gets slow, wait a few seconds and resume. The speed will go back up to whatever your ISP max is for a while.

Rinse and repeat until the download is finished ...

Whatever the max is then. There may be throttling on the server side for downloads.

However, my above comment still stands, if you see downloading performance *degrade* over time, use the pause/resume trick to get the speed back to whatever your max is.

Of course it should allow torrents. That is the best way to distribute large files.
