I'm getting 21-42 in cities/big areas. 58-60 inside.
The weird thing is my old pc which I upgraded from is using a GTX 560Ti and it ran it 55-60 everywhere. Any idea what could be causing this?? Thanks.

pgiambal✭Try turning OFF Vsync and Anti Aliasing and let us know how much it improves?
Also, go into Nvidia control panel and restore all 3d settings to default?0 -
D32013Soul ShrivenTurned OFF Vsync and Anti Aliasing and restored 3d settings to default and lowered view distance to 40 (which sucks) and I get like 41-58 outdoors now, so it's better but I shouldn't have to lower view distance.0

pgiambal✭There may be a particular setting that will benefit you more. You may need to spend time turning things on/off and changing the quality values... and recording the differences. Ideally one at a time, so you can find the most advantageous culprits.
I agree, your performance should be better.
Is your Nvidia driver version 335.23?0 -
D32013Soul ShrivenYa it's a lot better now, my 3d settings were changed so the restore to default helped. I got some FPS to 70 (talking to NPCs dialogue screen) but avg is 41-58.
