It's not part of any of the major, public, builds. Or at least none I'm aware of. That's not the same as, "no one runs it," but it's still not a set I'd recommend. I mean, I know someone who runs Allesia's Bulwark (and constantly mispronounces it Alissa), so, you know, there are builds out there that, really, don't work.0 -
