    No.

There are way more valuable 5pc sets, regardless your build.

is this why i see folks dodgeing a hundred attacks? i know they stack blur and all that stuff, but would this contribute?

Not really. 0.3s is too little to be worth a 5pc bonus. No one runs it.

No. If someone is dodging every single attack aimed at them that's... "highly suspect," but they're not doing it because of an optimal 5pc bonus.

Just wondering where this information comes from? Because I know at least a few players who have worn it.
    Everything is viable

It's not part of any of the major, public, builds. Or at least none I'm aware of. That's not the same as, "no one runs it," but it's still not a set I'd recommend. I mean, I know someone who runs Allesia's Bulwark (and constantly mispronounces it Alissa), so, you know, there are builds out there that, really, don't work.

yes, but! funny you mention alessia.

5 items) Increases the immunity to disabling effects after using Break Free by 3 seconds.

^that set alessia order seems eh, but when i checked it out, it FELT, good. made fights a lot more fun, because that immunity is legit.

i know not damage optimal and such, but felt good.
