    I wonder if I reach out to CS they will grant me that HM Mazz run that was foiled by a couple adult beverages, I'll let you all know how it goes, wish me luck. LOL. That was very nice of them.

    I've been very lucky with the customer service in this game, and especially lucky to have come across Kathy, and more recently RJ, since Kathy's promotion. Without doubt the best cs I've ever encountered in an MMO.
