Not placing me into leaderboards

Hello everyone. So i was doing score runs on my stam dk and after 3 runs my charecter score updates but it doesnt place me into leaderboards. I entered the trial at the same time as my group. Fineshed all runs together. Have the score under "Best score" but it does not aprear on the rankings. I submited a ticket but they told me they cant fix it and only developers team is able to fix the bug so i have to post it on forum or find what to do here. Didnt find anything so thats why im writing this. Here is a screenshot of what is happening

✭Wow, sucks for you. Most depressing screenshot ever.I am mostly pleased with the current state of ESO. Please do continue to ban cheaters though and you guys have to find out who is duping gold and how because the economy is currently non-functional.0 -
