Anyone else having trouble with rapid maneuvers after the patch?

Maybe it's just me, but when I use charging maneuvers on my mount the yellow indicator lines no longer appear. And sometimes my horse seems slower than before. Anyone else notice this? I'm on PS4 NA.

Joshuagm1991✭✭✭Just noticed today but yes. A buff called major gallop is applied and it gives no effect. Doesn't leave from existing buffs and stays at 0. This should be in bugs category of the forum FYI.0
