[PC] Can login to the NA/EU servers but never get to character select screen

As the title goes that is the crux of my problem. I can login to either the NA or EU servers but instead of getting to the character select screen I have a perpetual loading screen. I've already move all add-ons and the corresponding saved variables to a different folder and the same with the user settings. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

All good for me, can go to character screen and then onto game (pc/na)

Experiencing extremely long load times tonight. Started a couple hours ago. Pretty annoying but I found if I just let it be, eventually I got in.

Yep. I'm stuck in a respawn loop. 15 minutes of waiting to respawn at camp... Had to enforce end ESO process. Log back in, I'm dead so I res in the nearest keep, 10 minutes loading screen, alt+ctrl+del, start again, waiting another 10 minutes already. That's 35 minutes of my life wasted cause I died once. Nothing will be done about it though. It's patch maintenance tomorrow and it's a Sunday so I guess that's enough ESO for the weekend. Game unplayable as usual.
