Cradle of shadow used to be my favourite until I played scalecaller peak.
Love the mechanics and humour in the bosses of cradle.
But scalecaller had the best item in Eso I’ve ever seen, the laser balls
Then there’s the oh so memorable ice boss in vma.
    Archer boss in vdsa.
And lastly the epic last boss with the mechanics that’s the coolest I’ve seen so far.
Where you had to block the fire beam before your mates, a cliff of death, interesting mechanics.
It just won my heart, it’s so fun.

Agreed. The whole dungeon is about 20m too long, really.

I hate mechanics so none, the one I dread the least is prob WGT with a group that knows the inhibitor fight. For looks/art design, I love Scalecaller and CoS.

from a design standpoint they all are well made.
the mechanics in each one keeps them interesting.

but i HATE the dlc dungeons because they are just too hard even on normal :(

DLC dungeons on normal is harder than regular dungeons on veteran, and that is a problem.
normal mode should be brought down to be in line with the non DLC dungeons!
if i want a challenge i will choose veteran mode!

i dont do random dungeons (even on normal) because i might get a DLC dungeon.

my point is: normal mode is there just for cruising, not for sweating.
the players that want something difficult can pick veteran and read the scroll. not all players want that level of difficulty especially on NORMAL!!!!

From the Imperial City, to beneath, to an Aylied Ruin, its horrible yet beautiful.

Difficult at release and people were genuinely not up for going there when you asked them.

I just wish the monster helm was a bit more effective but its still a beautiful dungeon with a good back story and bosses.

CoS is still the best(Disclaimer: I have yet to try Scalecaller Peak, have done all the others). What I like best about vCoS is that even in HM, high DPS is not required to complete it, but teamwork is. I also like the fact that the arenas are smaller, but not claustrophobic small like the last boss in Falkreath Hold(The pillars get in the way of seeing the boss heavy attack, and the quarters are so tight that the ads often block getting a ranged taunt refresh on the boss...its probably the absolute worst fight in the game to tank because your view is constantly blocked and you just cant move freely, a terrible combination for a tank)

What? you mean like Bloodroot Forge? Where the group wipes every time when the tank doesn't act like a tampon?

I'm surpised scalecaller got so many votes. It's ugly and boring to me except the last boss, she's cool. For me it's at the bottom along with Mazz.

Falkreath is my favorite because I loved that part of Skyrim. I also like Fang lair because the necromancer enemy is cool.

      White gold tower
I always liked the mechanics of a few of the WGT fights. The pinion fight was great though it is now poorly scaled after the last nerf as you can skip all the mechanics.

I have liked some of the fights in the newer stuff for their complexity but there is always stuff that is buggy or too rng dependent, that never gets fixed or improved.

      For instance:
-In the final fight of RoM hard mode the timing of different mechanics all seems to be synced based on different things. This often leads to mechanics happening at the same time as each other that almost always fatal together. This pretty much just results in the whole thing being a huge dps race to break the mechanics altogether in practice. Also, resource drains may have made sense in the past when people had resources but they don't now. Sorry Wrobel, you Wrobeled that (and yes, it did improve PVP for what that is worth).
      - In the last fight of CoS there is a lot of RNG to the doors that basically means you better have mag users that have access to a class major expedition or vampire or you may just get RNG'd. It also has the whole resource drain garbage but it is not real dps dependent so it is a little more tolerable.
      - The 1/3rd room poisons in SP vet are a combination of RNG and just very very fast reaction. Hope your pings not over 150 or your just dead. We have a New Zealand and he hasn't a chance. These phases also overlap too closely with the Zaan mechanic (you are dropped and the red is already there) and there is just insufficient time to rez without Templar and kagernacs passives between them. Needing the RNG of having the protection bubble during the ice phase land near a dead guy for a rez time that is genuinely safe is a bit much. The mechanics are great. The timing is just off (also it often glitches and kills you when you are not in the red or solidly behind the pillar during the fire waves.) Right now the fight is pretty much a case of any death runs a 1/3rd chance of a second death and therefore wipe. Also, the mechanics are too easy to dps through. Good dps (not even CE good but just legit good) with ulti drops timed for the ice phases and you potentially face few or even no poison phases.

Bottom line. It is good you are hiring a new content tester. There are some great mechanics in the newer dungeons but they really feel rough around the edges.
I am mostly pleased with the current state of ESO. Please do continue to ban cheaters though and you guys have to find out who is duping gold and how because the economy is currently non-functional.

Yes thats right, we have the same problems. You don't even have the chance to dodge when you get "zaaned" at a place where the poison comes next. Thats a guaranteed death.

Similar thing with the exploding wolves on the first boss in fang. Usually you should see a little AOE warning shortly before the upcoming explosions. Sometimes its just not there - so you get insta-killed by an exploding wolf that was chasing you a split second before.

It's a tough choice, but probably my favorite one is Cradle of Shadows, closely followed by Bloodroot Forge. But I generally like all the DLC dungeons. Unfortunately hardly anybody wants to run them and I don't do them on normal, because the bosses have too low health and are dead before you can even enjoy any mechanics.
      Yes.

That's a good endgame tank set.
