Not placing me into leaderboards

Hello everyone. So i was doing score runs on my stam dk and after 3 runs my charecter score updates but it doesnt place me into leaderboards. I entered the trial at the same time as my group. Fineshed all runs together. Have the score under "Best score" but it does not aprear on the rankings. I submited a ticket but they told me they cant fix it and only developers team is able to fix the bug so i have to post it on forum or find what to do here. Didnt find anything so thats why im writing this. Here is a screenshot of what is happening

    Wow, sucks for you. Most depressing screenshot ever.
    I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.

    I get this every time I log on, it doesn't list me until after a while, but it's a temporary thing.

    yeah maybe, but its been 4 days still not ranked lol
