Judging by this? Not that long.
Doesn't have to be this way but goodness gracious ZOS got way too greedy. The dev team is way too small to meet the demands for new content and new cash shop content and bug fixes like this. ZOS execs and publishers are pushing to monetize every little thing as they let the game crash down, milking it for whatever they can along the way. This game could have been great, and still possibly could be, but unfortunately SOME PEOPLE can't stop being greedy capitalists to save their lives.
I think this is by far the first time we've agreed. The publisher is too small reguardless of their willingness to work with the audience.
It was the crown store that really took things into center stage. Combine this with some truely boneheaded moves as far as optimizaiton went (FORCING THE GAME INTO DIRECT X 11 WAS A CRAPPY IDEA AND THE GAMES RUN LIKE IT SINCE) was the point at which optimizatiion went out the window.
They'd need to hire alot more people to fix this and tone back the monitization if there's any hope of fixing this.0 -
