Do only specific ones glow?

Specific traits?

Do they glow when dropped from nmol and vmol?

Do they continue to glow to myself AND others when trait is changed?

Apparently the glow will stay when you change their look with outfits. But what is the requirement to make them glow?

I see some do, and some dont.

Think it was traits. My original sharpened didnt glow , but last update fixed it for me

All traits glowed. There was a bug that stopped it showing up for some people regardless of traits. Re-enchantment would remove the glow. As per patch notes that was patched in Dragonbones.. however the Feb 20th Patch broke everything and stopped the glow. They have advised the glow will be fixed next week.

So it doesnt mattwr where the drops come from. Nmol or vmol?

No, you can get Moondancer staves as a drop in normal (blue quality).
