[Fixed] Mages guild passive "magicka controller" does work, the UI that doesn't respond well

And this is hurting my pet build since I have two Mages guild abilities slotted on my bar.
Yes I tried everything and the numbers were only going higher for Magicka recovery, I even spend some points on other abilities from Mages Guild to see if it's only bugged for the ones that I picked, but I got nothing from them, only a increase of Magicka Recovery: tried with fire rune, entropy, equilibrium, meteor etc.
I even log off to check if the UI was bugged, I often close the menu UI when I'm checking numbers so the number can be refreshed on character UI.
This is so frustrating and should be fixed ASAP
Fixed: the thing is, when you go higher with numbers and stacking %s of max magicka, the UI tooltip starts to not respond so well (oh at all). The tooltip was working fine for Mages guild skills, until I stacked a lot of max magicka and max magicka buffs, then it wasn't responding anymore and only the magicka recovery was accurate responding. To check this i had to log off and put more mages guilds skills then log off again and compare the numbers. The passive does work, but not for high numbers and % stack
