cannot purchase crowns

I saw the upcoming showcase and wanted to see if I might want to order more crowns but every time I try and click on the store to look at where I purchase crowns I see The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
What do I do? I won't be able to buy in game items without access to the store for crowns and I will probably run low soon
