Better Way to group trials

Right now, trial guilds are pretty much the only way to get in a trial right now. Hopefully there would be some queue for atleast normal trials ( vet trials would be hard to pug) or some other method of getting people together for trials in the future. Any ideas?

And I hope not. The horror stories of people pugging dungeons is one thing. Imagine the stories of bad pug trials through a trial finder. Yeah normal trials are pretty easy but imagine if you got put into say normal Maw or normal Halls with a group of people that have no idea what they should be doing because they've never done them before because they didn't want to run with a guild.

There are always someone in Craglorn asking: LFxM, some DD, 2 heal, 1 tank, nSO/nHRC/nAA.

Quite often even nMoL these days, and I've seen nAS being pugged group quite often too. nHoF sometimes, but it seems less often than the others.

That said - I wouldn't minding them adding a PUG finder for trials. I'll just choose not to use it.

I duly agree.. it's bad enough currently going on dungeon queue where the group is of lower level toons/players.

fake tanks and unprepared players was one of my concerns as well. Maybe a Lfg website or app much like the one they had with destiny. This way you could post or message someone who needs players, but is not limited to a zone.

There used to be a Trial Finder WAY back in the day, like before CP was a thing. No one ever used it or if they did, never enough to form a full group.

I wouldn't mind if it was reestablished but I think it would suffer the same problem as PUG dungeons and we'd get fake tanks/healers/DPS and people would end up leaving out of frustrations.

I wish you could pig trials... it incredibly frustrating that the only way to play them are through guilds. I would have them like public dungeons.

The only way right now to PUG trials is to recruit via Zone Chat.

Pugging normal trials via a group finder would be incredibly frustrating at first as many of them will end in failure, but after some time, the people as a whole will learn the trials, and soon enough, group finder will become a good way to PUG normal trials.

Pugging normal trials would be a great way for people to prepare for vet trials. Vet still has to be selected groups.

It's not that bad. After fixing group finder. It's made dungeons easier. People aren't NPCs they grow and adapt come time.
