Hard crashes to desktop since last couple of patches

Been playing the game for a few years with no real problems. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but since the last couple of patches, I will periodically (always during combat!) hard crash to the desktop with no error popup, or option to submit a crash report. Just BAM, back to the desktop. It always happens during combat - never had it happen out of combat.
Running dual nVidia Titan Z cards, 32GB RAM, drivers are up to date. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Marneman✭✭✭Man, this is making it very difficult to do much of anything (dungeons, quests, etc). And of course, the crash causes me to lose my position in the dungeon finder queue

Marneman✭✭✭I should also add that I've disabled all Add-ons, just to rule those out, but no love Also have tried reducing my graphic settings, just to see if perhaps something along those lines might be causing it, but still no dice. 0

Marneman✭✭✭Still happening ... ugh. The only thing I can think of is perhaps my machine needs a good dust cleaning or something. Heat issue, perhaps? It's all I've got at this point lol.0

Besides removing add-ons, you may want to updated your video card drivers and run a repair as described in the article below.

Marneman✭✭✭@ZOS_BillE Thanks for the note! I've updated drivers and tried disabling addons, as I've mentioned. But to no avail. I will look into doing a game consultant report. Hopefully that will help on your end!0

Marneman✭✭✭Well, I've updated drivers (again, as a new update just came out). And while running as admin, in compatibility mode for Win 7, the crashes are almost all gone. I will occasionally get one, but nowhere near the frequency I was getting them before. Who knows ...0
