Crafting set item improvement “bound” tool tip bug

When improving bind on equip crafted set items, the tool tip is indicating that the resulting higher quality item will become bound. It’s just a tool tip error, the items are bind on equip after improving them.

Your report is the first time that I've heard of this tooltip error in quite a while. It occurred many patches ago and was "soon" fixed. Now, I suppose, it's back. Sometimes I think that every time the ZOS programmers change the source code, they break something that was working correctly while they are implementing something else that will probably have at least one known bug before they even release it.When improving bind on equip crafted set items, the tool tip is indicating that the resulting higher quality item will become bound.
