4K signal occasional blanks after the update

Since the new update a couple days ago I'm getting occasional blank screens while playing ESO. I'm using a Xbox One X and display is set to 4K. No issues playing 4K movies, or in other 4K games. Just ESO and just since the update.

Do you still get blank screens if the display is not set to 4K?
We would first suggest checking the following to make sure the Xbox One X and 4K are setup properly.- Make sure you have a 4K-capable HDMI cable connecting your Xbox One X to your 4K monitor/TV.
- If you're using a TV, set your HDMI ports to "HDMI UHD", this may be under the "general" settings, depending on your television.
- On the Xbox One X console configure the following setting:
- Open the console Settings
- Select Display and Sound
- Select Video Output
- Click TV Resolution
- Select the desired resolution, 4K in this case
