Asking for a friend who is not on the forums. Core i7 4ghz, GTX 970, Windows 10. Just installed eso for the first time, and after hittig thr play button it goes to a black screen and the little spinnng loading circle and eso just stops responding almost every time. It appears to work sometimes after restarting the computer but if you quit and try and restart it does the same thing. This happens both from the launcher and eso64.exe directly. We’ve tried a repair downloading the latest version of visuals c++ updating all drivers and windows version etc. I’m on Mac and don’t know much about Windows, any one had this issue?
