I think it would be reasonable to be able to gift items from the crown store with some limitations. Perhaps one or two items per twenty four hours to combat fraud and/or gold selling. There have been many times I wanted to gift friends a subscription, a DLC, or even mount speed.

JasonSilverSpring✭✭✭✭✭You can already but not in game. Search for concierge service in forums. You can gift someone crown store items or buy something for yourself if not able to launch the game.
